All Madame Susan Sauces are lovingly made in small batches with our special recipes.  We use only the best ingredients and do not use additional artificial preservatives.  We do not use high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners or MSG.

Sauces vary by spice with the hottest being the Chili Crisp and the mildest being the Umami Sauce.  Since we use natural peppers, the actual heat level may vary slightly from batch to batch.

All sauces are vegan, made with 100% plant based ingredients.  The Umami sauce is Gluten-Free.

Yes, please be sure to refrigerate our products after opening for best quality.

The products are good for 1 year from the date they were made.  However, we think because they are so yummy, they will be gone a lot quicker than that!

All orders are fulfilled from New York City via USPS. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days unless noted otherwise.  Once your order is shipped, it normally takes between 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on your region.

As soon as your order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you at the email provided.
